What are Integral Blinds 

If we imagine a sealed unit, first we have the inner glass plate, then there is a cavity or space, it is usually 16mm, 19mm, 23mm and 27mm, the cavity or space is made by using spacer bars, the spacer bars surround all of the sealed unit 4 corner edges so it is not visible when the seal unit is installed. Finally we have the outer glass, which is again tempered with 5 mm, which gives us a double glazed unit, since two panes of glass are used. The integral louver is just described, it is a door and window sealing unit, the difference is that the integral louver sealing unit has a louver inserted and sealed in the cavity of the sealing unit.

Magnetic Integral Blinds 

Our most common system is our magnetic system, which is manually controlled using two small discrete magnetic controllers located on the glass surface. Controls are located on the surface around the glass perimeter and can be on the left or right side of the device. One of the control blocks controls the raising and lowering of the blinds, sliding the controller up and down the glass raises and lowers the blinds inside the unit. The second control block operates the tilt function, moving the control up and down causes the glass to tilt to open and close the blinds. There is also another magnetic controller, which is a single body that controls the raising and lowering of the Baylor and also operates the tilt function. The interior blinds move twice as far as the controller, so you only need to slide the controller up or down 50% of the glass height to fully raise or lower the blinds. With one-piece blinds, you can have the same functionality as traditional blinds, you can tilt or swivel the slats to a variety of different angles, as well as raise and lower the blinds to different heights.
